Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland except Halfords employees and their relatives or persons connected to this promotion.

2. Entrants under the age of 18 years of age should obtain the permission of an adult before entering the competition

3. Prize is for a Boardman Team Carbon Road Bike

4. Winners will be selected from Britpack Entries Between 2nd February and 4th March 2012.

5. No cash or alternative prize will be available

6. Rides entered after these dates will not count as part of the winner selection process.

7. The winner will forfeit their right to the prize if they fail to reply with postal details within 3 Days of being contacted. Failure to respond will result in a re-draw.

8. Halfords have the right to withdraw this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control

11. Entrants will receive emails with products and services from The Halfords Group, which we believe would be of interest to you. Entrants can unsubscribe from further email communication at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email

12. Winners will be required to participate in post event publicity, and will be asked to provide a written reference about their experiences. All content produced will become property of the Halfords Group. Halfords will verify content produced before publishing.

13. Winners will need to provide a photo to use in marketing events.

14. Pictures taken of the event including the winner will be used as part of post publicity event and will become property of the Halfords Group.

15. Rides will be validated against the following restrictions:
  • Distance to be over 0 miles
  • Speed to be over 0 miles per hour
  • Average speed to be below 35 miles per hour
16. Halfords have the right to disqualify users who they believe have manipulated their ride statistics.

17. Britpack League tables will be used in Marketing Campaigns, campaigns will display entrants Profile Image, User Name and Performance

18. Wallposts on Boardman Britpack Page will be used in Marketing Campaigns, campaigns may display users Profile Image, User Name and Posts.

19. Halfords reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition if necessary
