Terms & Conditions

1. The league table is open to all residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland except Halfords employees and their relatives.
2. Entrants must be 18 or over.
3. Halfords may run promotions around ride submission from time to time
4. Halfords have the right to withdraw promotions at any time due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control
5. Any prize offered as part of the promotion is non-transferable

8. Users will receive emails with products and services from The Halfords Group, which we believe would be of interest to you. Entrants can unsubscribe from further email communication at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email
9. Users maybe required to participate in post event publicity. All content produced will become property of the Halfords Group. Halfords will verify content produced before publishing.
10. Users can be asked to provide a photo to use in marketing events.
11. Any photo content produced as part of a campaign can be used as part of post publicity event and will become property of the Halfords Group.
12. Rides will be validated against the following restrictions:
    • Distance to be over 0 miles
    • Speed to be over 0 miles per hour
    • Average speed to be below 35 miles per hour
13. Halfords have the right to disqualify users who they believe have manipulated their ride statistics.
14. Britpack League tables will be used in Marketing Campaigns, campaigns will display entrants Profile Image, User Name and Performance
15. Wallposts on Boardman Britpack Page will be used in Marketing Campaigns, campaigns may display users Profile Image, User Name and Posts.
